Support for Myanmar Worker Camp in Thailand
Period: 2020. 5-2024
Effect: There are camps for Myanmar workers working as day laborers in Thailand and nearby regions. About 40 families live in each camp; many children there are unable to go to school. Their living conditions are very poor, requiring assistance for even the most basic needs.
Foundation’s Activities:
During the COVID-19 period, the foundation provided masks, disinfectants, daily necessities, etc, to three camps. However, what they wanted most was education. So the foundation conducted an English camp, which became an important first step in improving the quality of life for these people.
Purpose:
This project goes beyond simple support, seeking to be a gift of hope and a better future for them. We support children to develop their dreams and find new opportunities through education.
